Co-President
Grace O’Connor
Grace is a fifth year chemical engineering student. She is also completing the biomedical engineering certificate and has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Grace thinks that the work WiE does is so important, and that having the support of other women in STEM can make a world of difference to an individual’s experience. This is her fourth year being involved with WiE and she is so excited to take on this new role for her final year!

Emma Deveau
Emma is a third year civil engineering student at Dal. She has been a part of Dal WiE since her first year as a general member and joined the Executive team last year. Excited to be stepping into this new role, Emma wants to help foster an inclusive environment that supports and empowers women in engineering, while also encouraging more young women to pursue studies in STEM-related fields.
Vice President
Sapna Natarajan
Sapna is in her 5th year of chemical engineering and this is her 3rd year as a part of the WIE executive team. Sapna hopes to continue to inspire more women to join the diverse field of engineering and promote women already enrolled in the program. Her success in this degree would not be possible without the unwavering support of her fellow female engineering students. She encourages all women in engineering to become involved on Sexton campus and come out to WIE events to meet other like-minded students!
VP Engagement
Abigail O’Toole
Abigail is doing her masters in chemical engineering and is on the Dal WiE team for a second year. She loves science and engineering, and is passionate about sharing her interests with others. She hopes to encourage more women to join STEM-related fields over the course of her career.
VP Communications
Hussaina Joher
Hussaina is in her 2nd year of Industrial Engineering and this is her first year on the WiE executive team. She picked engineering because she enjoys problem solving and creative thinking. She is so excited to be a part of WiE and contribute to making the campus more inclusive for women.
VP Finance
Jordan Junek
Jordan is a fourth-year civil engineering student who is also pursuing her structural certificate. Her passion for beautiful and efficient buildings led her back to engineering after graduating with her Master of Architecture. Through WiE, she hopes to inspire more women to join the engineering field and support them in their journey at Dalhousie.

Ishani Sen
Ishani is a second-year electrical and computer engineering student. This is her first year being a part of the Dalhousie WiE team, and she is excited to contribute to the community and hopes to help create a supportive environment for all women in engineering.
VP LOGISTICS
Emily Aris
Emily is a 5th year mechanical engineering student in her final semester! She chose engineering because she is passionate about advancing technology and solving real world problems. Over the years, she has been involved with WiE as a member of the Go Eng Girl team, VP Finance, and co-chair of last years event. This year she is excited to take on the role of VP Logistics and organize great events!
JUNIOR VP FINANCE
Jessica Durham
Jessica is a second year electrical engineering student, and this is her first year on the Dal WiE Executive team. She decided to pursue an engineering degree while she was in trade school obtaining a certificate in electrical techniques. She hopes to encourage young women especially those in rural communities to pursue engineering.
